We went to Skatetown and when we came back Scout followed us inside he was covered in cow poo.
I tried to give him a bath but he kept jumping out of the bathtub. Austin tried to hold him in the bathtub but
Scout bit him. Then Mama held him for a little while but he never got to finish his bath. He ended up sleeping in the bathroom because he stunk. But when we did let him out he forgave us.

Baked potatoes with chicken
For 4 you will need
4 large baking potatoes
9 oz cooked, skinless boneless
chicken breasts, cubed
4 scallions thickly sliced
(We didn,t use the scallions)
1 cup soft cheese
1 cup soft cheese
pepper
mixed salad,to serve
(we didn,t use the salad either)
Scrub the potatoes and prick them all over with a fork.
Bake them in a preheated oven, 400 degrees, for about 60 minutes,
until tender or cook in a microwave on high power for 12-15 minutes
We had to cube our own chicken.
Mix the chicken and scallions with soft cheese.
Cut a cross into the top of each potato and squeeze apart.
Spoon the chicken filling into the potatos and season with
black pepper to taste. serve immediately with a mixed salad.
If you plan to eat this away from home, bake the potato
as described above and leave to cool before wrapping in foil.
The filling can also be prepared at home and transported
in a airtight container.
